Job checklist for the day of the event:

• I needed to go to tesco and buy beers for the DJs. I chose tesco as they have cheaper deals with crates and this would save us money.

• Look for brown paper to make branches although this wasn't essential as we had other decorations. 

• Meet at the latest music bar at 3 pm, this would give us enough time to set up the decorations.

• Sort out chairs and tables to how we want.

• Start putting up the green tablecloths, trial and error to see how it looks.

• Make tissue paper flowers to put up as well. 

• Have venue ready for 6 pm.  

• Eat food and get ourselves ready.

• DJs arrive at 7pm and set up. My friend and DJ, George, knows how to do lighting so ask him to set up and help with lights.

• Sound and lighting check. 

• Open doors at 7:30pm.
